Update Context Files
Context files are reference documents that agents load at the start of each run to ground their output in BKR Capital’s voice, thesis, and operating style. They live in the Context Files memory store in the Claude Console.
The most important is about_bkr_capital.md. This document tells agents who BKR Capital is, what they invest in, and how to communicate with founders. Keeping it current is the most direct way to ensure Mansa writes replies in the right tone and makes classifications that reflect the firm’s actual focus.

Writing Tips
Section titled “Writing Tips”Write context files as you’d brief a thoughtful new analyst. Use clear, natural prose. Agents perform better with plain explanations than with rigid structured formats.
- Keep the tone section concrete: give examples of phrases Mansa should and shouldn’t use
- Include a short “Do Not Do” section for edge cases the agents keep getting wrong
- Date-stamp the file header so you always know when it was last updated
Rollback
Section titled “Rollback”If a context file change causes agents to write in the wrong voice or make classification errors, contact Adullam Technologies to revert to a previous version via the Claude Console API.
